2015 Distant Future Symposium
Friday Nights, April 17, April 24, May 1
These interdisciplinary performances will celebrate the wildly conflicting theories surrounding Vessel XII. Some believe that this spacecraft sent messages back to Earth from a future timeframe. Others believe that the transmissions were the work of computer hackers. Some call them groundbreaking art and others denounce them as an elaborate sham. Join the world’s leading experts as they attempt to uncover the truth, once and for all. This annual highlight of the 2015 Distant Future Symposium will feature a live score by the band Exray’s and opening remarks by William Nova.
Friday Night, April 24
Join us in celebrating the artist’s residency with light refreshments.
